Shipping & Terms of Service

US sales only; no exceptions. Minimum order is $50 (not including shipping). Must be 18+ to order.

 

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday each week via FedEx Priority Overnight shipping, with insurance. Orders will be shipped the week after they were received to give us time to prepare shipping vials/containers and boxes. ​We will contact you to schedule your shipment, so please be sure to respond to our email. Package must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. If you will not be home, package must be sent to the nearest approved FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup. Orders containing live animals absolutely cannot be shipped to PO boxes under any circumstances. 

 

We use Redline Shipping and follow all of their shipping requirements, guidelines, and recommendations. Temperatures on both ends must be above 35°F or below 90°F. We have the right to delay shipping if inclement weather is expected (which can cause delays) and/or until temperatures are in a safe range for shipping.

 

Live arrival guarantee (LAG): Dead on Arrival (DOA) animals must be reported within 2 hours of receipt of package and proof of DOA will be required for refund. Freebies do not fall under the LAG policy.​ We have the right to refuse business or communications with anyone at our discretion.
